Dream Street was created by Jim and Judy Crawford on January 1, 2000. Jim and Judy had been in real estate for over 15 years and have been associated with many major national real estate companies since the mid 1980’s. We discovered that we could set up our own company and still have all of the necessary resources that the larger companies have. The truth is that even the largest of the national companies are just a collection of independent contractors working as sub
agents for the broker. Each agent runs their own small business or works for a high producing agent who runs their own business.
Jim Crawford was born in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, and attended the City of Atlanta and Fulton County school systems through elementary school. Jim Graduated from Cherokee High School in Canton, Cherokee County, Georgia, where he played football and track. He graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Marketing.
Jim served 6 years in the US Army as a Commissioned Officer and Helicopter Pilot in Vietnam. He also served 2 tours in the Atlanta area at the Atlanta Army Depot as a helicopter test pilot.
Judy and Jim have been married for 27 years and have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
Judy’s family moved to the Atlanta area when she was 4 years old. She grew up in Sandy Springs and attended school in the Fulton County Georgia public school system. She was a champion swimmer and cheerleader for Sandy Springs High School.
After High School, she completed nurse training at Georgia Baptist School of Nursing in Atlanta and served as a Registered Nurse, RN/CRNI, for 27 years here in the Atlanta area.
Real Estate is a natural for her since she can still use her natural instincts to care for people that originally drew her to nursing in Real Estate. Now she can use her desire to care for people and her vast knowledge of the Atlanta area to help families with their home purchase or sale.
