Buying a foreclosure in Atlanta can be a great way to get a new home for your family at a great price or it could be a good investment.
The main thing that you need to do BEFORE you look at the first foreclosure is to get you loan in place. This NOT just a prequalification, but complete your loan application with everything except the contract to purchase the home. If you are paying cash, get a letter from the bank or a current bank statement.
